Monica Verga

Graduated from the State University of Milan in 1992, she was admitted to the Como Bar in 1995. With her advocacy having been recognised by the Cassation (Appeal) Court in 2010, her field of expertise relates to civil law, both in relation to court proceedings and out of court settlements, with in-depth experience in landlord and tenanat law, and civil enforcement law: securities/real estate (debt collection).
